Mission and vision

My Mission

My mission is rooted in positive action, purposeful communication, and community-led development. Every initiative I lead—be it a medical college, a tele-health platform, or a digital university—is designed to uplift, include, and inspire.

Through Positive Barta and its partner institutions, I am dedicated to:

• Empowering youth with practical education, digital literacy, and employment pathways.
• Reimagining rural healthcare by integrating traditional wisdom with AI-driven innovation.
• Promoting women’s leadership in business, medicine, and grassroots governance.
• Digitally connecting India through free platforms for health, jobs, learning, and entrepreneurship—accessible to all.
• Reviving our ecological consciousness, where afforestation and awareness go hand in hand, building greener futures.
• Amplifying unheard voices—transforming local stories into national narratives through media that uplifts and unites.

Whether through the Tripura Knowledge City, Santiniketan Swasthya Upanagari, or Santiniketan Digital University, my mission is to build eco-social ecosystems where health, education, employment, and environment converge for lasting impact.

I believe leadership is service. And service, when driven by compassion and innovation, can change lives

My Vision

Over the past three decades, I have committed myself to one unwavering belief: that true transformation begins at the grassroots—not in boardrooms, but in classrooms, clinics, fields, and homes. My vision is to create an India where opportunity, dignity, and innovation reach every corner, especially the most underserved.

Through my journey—from founding more than 50+ institutions across Eastern and Northeastern India, to building inclusive digital platforms, to leading one of the country’s most ambitious green campaigns—I have seen how education, healthcare, environment, and empowerment must go hand in hand.

With Positive Barta at the core of this movement, I envision a future where:

• Healthcare is a right, not a privilege, available even in the remotest village through telemedicine, Tele-ICUs, and digitally connected health ecosystems.
• Education is seamless and skill-driven, with students learning from KG to PG in ecosystems that prepare them for real-world impact.
• Women lead from the front, not only as beneficiaries, but as builders—like in the world’s first hospital entirely run by women entrepreneurs in Tripura.
• Technology becomes the great equalizer, connecting rural youth, artisans, farmers, and patients to global opportunities.
• Environmental sustainability and civic responsibility are taught by doing—planting one crore trees in one year, one community at a time.

This is not just a vision for institutions—it is a vision for a nation where every child learns, every youth thrives, every woman leads, and every citizen is heard.

In every ward we build, every tree we plant, and every student we support, we are not just creating infrastructure—we are creating hope.

My journey is far from over. The road ahead demands courage, collaboration, and vision. But I remain committed to building an India that is healthier, greener, smarter, and more just—for all.
